Venus (relationships) ~sextile~ Jupiter (optimism):
This energy may help balance out the rest of the things happening this week (hopefully). Try to tap into it if you can, but it is up against some major movement so don’t be surprised if you miss its influence altogether. It is usually an easy energy to deal with, usually involving friends and social activities; optimism and new friendships or relationships that help you be the best person you can be. You will want to deal with positive, uplifting people under this influence.

Venus (love & money) ~sextile~ Neptune (dissolution of boundaries):
This energy tends to make you more in tune to the beauty around you and if not, it makes you daydream about the beauty and comfort you wish you were surrounded with. That's fine (daydreaming) within reason. You may also be more sensitive to the needs of others, creating a bond between you. Try to find a way to enjoy art of any kind, music, poetry, etc. |

Jupiter (spirituality) ~conjunct~ Neptune (oneness consciousness):
These two together expand your conscious awareness, about your Self, the community and the planet. We have been through a lot over the years learning the difference between religion and spirituality and this initiation is giving you a chance to heal your own connection to God/Great Spirit/Source. Your perspective has been broadened by the global shifts and you have probably been humbled on one or many levels. Now that you’ve been stripped of some non-essentials, you are more clear about your values and your purpose. The shadow aspect of this energy is to be overly optimistic, ignoring facts and realities necessary to the judgments you make at this time. Stay grounded and do not take unnecessary risks, with your faith or your resources. You are tremendously supported for initiating new spiritual practices that fortify you so you are better able to serve on a grander scale. |

Sun (essential Self) ~conjunct~ Pluto (transformation):
This energy brings to mind a quote, “circumstances don’t MAKE a man ~ they REVEAL him”. This is Sun (ego) and Pluto (transformation) right next to each other, occupying the same space and you better believe that you will be a different being when this energy passes and the two planets separate again. Pluto brings aspects of our Selves which have been buried, neglected, or ignored lately (or for some of us, for a very long time) to the surface and shines a bright light on them. Whew, that can’t be easy. At this time, you have to KNOW, not just believe, but KNOW WHO YOU ARE ... because everything you “thought” you knew about these deeper places within - is in question. This may cause conflicts with others, especially those with any power or authority over you. Watch the power struggles - pick your battles. If you are in a relationship, it may be crumbling (think The Tower card in Tarot) around you. It doesn’t have to be destroyed (or maybe it does) as much as it needs to be TRANSFORMED. Transformation only comes about through authentic effort otherwise it is only chaos and destruction. Remember, breakdowns always precede breakthroughs!! And this time is for real - half way won’t cut it and the Universe will do EVERYTHING to prevent you from half-steppin’ in any way, shape or form. You must REPAIR or RELEASE and move on. This energy manifests physically what you have been inwardly creating over a period of time. You will see the first results of your actions. You can access your Source (the Sun) and Transcend (Pluto) who you “used to be” and step in to who you are becoming more fully. Use this powerful energy wisely. |

Sun (core identity) ~square~ Saturn (responsibility):
With this energy, it is best to understand that you will have two distinct pulls within - duty versus self-gratification. It's not nearly as bad as it feels, however, it does bring up something we all struggle with to some degree or another - SELF & OTHERS. How much do you owe your Self and how much are you obligated to others? Balance and reciprocity come to mind as guides. One of the challenges of this influence is the tendency to make assumptions without checking whether they are true. Never assume! Some people may feel restricted, as if life is too demanding and there's never any time just for you. Others may find their lives falling apart because they have avoided responsibility for so long and now there's no more "wiggle room". Try to convert your impatience with seeming restriction to self-discipline - make a commitment to your Self and follow through. Physically and psychologically, your energies are low at this time. You may feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders, but you don't expect help because you haven't asked for it. Remember, that is your choice. You may be reinforcing the very circumstances that make you feel lonely and isolated. What you must do is break out of the vicious cycle and take a good look around you, at your life and the people you allow in it. The events related to this transit tend to magnify the chinks in your ego structure. The purpose of discouragement is to reveal the weaknesses in your conception of your Self and to show where you must work to gain greater confidence in your Self. |

This energy intensifies relationships, for better or worse. Because your values and priorities are shifting, relationships must also undergo a similar adjustment. Beware of value differences that can cause power struggles which are unproductive. Try to create circumstances that are win/win, and mutually beneficial, this will allow the relationship to EVOLVE, rather than revolve back into the cycle. It is best to use this energy to consciously transform your personal values and define how you’d like to be engaged with others in the future. This energy can make you feel cool and reserved with loved ones. It is time to 'take stock' of your relationships and really evaluate the level of balance between giving and receiving. Business or personal - relationships must have a balance of give and take. You may feel more aware of your true independence in life - you cannot truly become "ONE" with anyone else. The goal is to become "ONE" within - integrating your human and Spirit selves in a healthy, balanced way. You may feel lonely or depressed but it's just the Universe forcing you to face how you interact with others and how you allow them to interact with you. It's good to periodically evaluate even the strongest relationship and check the foundation. Don't give in to (ego-based) fears, focusing on the lack and limitation, acknowledge and honor the strengths as well - in your Self, in eachother and in the relationship. This is the best time to be alone and reflective because the insights you acquire through this process will help you in the future. |

This energy also brings relationships into the light, forcing issues of balance and integration within your relationships. This energy is a push-pull between what you want and who you are, between your ego and your will. It is a very confrontational energy that can manifest by awakening you to some deeper truth about Self or perhaps confrontations with others who have opposing views of your situation. At any rate, it is a time of reckoning where you find out what you are made of and if your choices were made from your higher or lower self. You may feel irritated because when you are processing information of this kind, it will be easy to push your buttons because things are very close to the surface. If/when that happens, it is just an indication that you need to examine things a little closer and determine whether they are still “you” or not, if not, release and move on. The best way to use this energy is to own any ego issues, put them in perspective and decide to be more congruent with your thoughts, words and deeds. |

Saturn (responsibility) ~square~ Pluto (power):
This dynamic duo is going to literally change your life in some fundamental way(s). Saturn rules your 3-D reality, and all that entails. Any contact with Pluto implies a complete make-over, from the ground up. This is the time to voluntarily assess the primary aspects of your life (self, family, work) ~ your responsibilities and obligations and determine which are truly supporting you and serving your Highest good and which are weighing you down, creating blockages and delays or imposing restriction and limitation. When Pluto gets involved, it does not bother with what is already crumbling and on the way out of your life, it goes straight for whatever you are clutching, grasping and swearing you’ll never release ~ the “one thing” you cannot live without. Pluto takes THAT, and forces you to realize that whatever that “one thing” is, it is no longer necessary as you have evolved. This combo will push you to dig deep within your Soul, trust that anything leaving your life is only creating a space for something greater and more suitable to *now*. Saturn likes to build. Pluto likes to destroy but not for the sake of destruction, only to have a clean, clear space upon which to build your dreams, making them a reality. This energy is challenging and often uncomfortable, but if you work with these energies consciously, you will come through this activation triumphant and stronger than before. |

This energy says, it's time to go with the flow - "new and different" being the flow. It wants to shake it up a bit - in a good way. Unwillingness to go with the (new) flow will make this energy harder to handle. This is also a good time to try to resolve any old issues or challenges - they are not going away without resolution and conscious release.
