This month is PERFECT for taking a time-out to PROCESS all that has been stirred up by the recent Eclipses, as well as processing all that has come up throughout this potent year of change. I know that things are still intense and moving too fast, however, I cannot stress enough how important it is to your future foundation that you attend to this aspect of things here and now while the planets fully support you.

Virgo rules many things, not the least of which is your overall health and systems for living your day-to-day life. Virgo asks the question: Is it relevant? is it useful? (person, place or circumstance) You have to check in at this time and do some organizing of your inner and outer life. And yes, Virgo energy may shine a brighter light on that which is NOT functioning optimally, however, that is only to point you in the right direction so you can deal with it sooner than later. The Shadow side of this Virgo energy is when you get "stuck" on the little things, lose your perspective and block your flow. Remember, anything truly old is only coming up to be reviewed and RELEASED. While anything new that has been stirred up is to be reviewed for its strength and validity going forward. I know it can feel overwhelming at times, but just stop, breathe and get back to work because the more details you attend to over the course of this next 2-4 weeks will be directly related to the results you get, people you attract and circumstances you manifest in the coming year(s).

With Sun (outer), Moon (inner) and Saturn (reality) all together in Virgo (healing) for this month's second New Moon (new beginnings) of the month of August, you have access to some potent energy for shifting that which no longer serves who you are and/or where you are in your evolution. This is concentrated energy where these three planets energize each other and help you stabilize the very foundation of who you are. This is MAJOR!

Along with that amazing energy working on YOU, the other personal planets are working on the partnerships and community you attract based on your level of consciousness. Mercury (thoughts, communication & expression) ~ Venus (values, love & money) ~ Mars (energy, passion & action) are all in Libra (balance and collaborations) directing you to focus on sharing ideas (Mercury) ~ cultivating reciprocal relationships (Venus) ~ and taking balanced, thoughtful action (Mars) to create win/win situations (Libra).

You Sun (your core identity) and Uranus (radical shift) keep tag-teaming each other in various ways. Six months ago, Sun (your core identity) was opposite Saturn (your structure and foundation) balancing that out. Now, it is opposite Uranus, reminding you that (back then) you WANTED to change your reality and if you have NOT taken the proper steps in that direction (by now), then Uranus is going to blast you out of your comfort zone and right IN to a NEW reality (ready or not). However, if you HAVE been doing the work of shifting your own reality and truly dedicated to stabilizing a NEW foundation, then Uranus is going to bring a whirlwind of energy and new ideas that need to be integrated to your new structure. So it may still be a little uncomfortable, but you will ultimately be grateful for the extra push. And keep in mind, you are BALANCING things out now, come Spring time, you will get a delicious shot of empowerment to whatever you stabilize NOW.

Okay, any time Pluto is involved, the intensity meter goes wild and any time Jupiter is involved, it makes everything bigger (for better or worse). In this case, you need to understand that because YOU are changing, everything and everyone in your life will have to adjust (or go away). I always reassure people that this is the "break to re-align" energy. And relationships are taking the hardest hit with this energy. So breathe ... and TRUST that all is in Divine Order. It may or may not be permanent, but you will have to put some distance between you and some people in your inner circle for now.

The self-work to do at this time, is also to allow any parts of YOU which are shifting to SHIFT without trying to hold on to the old paradigms or definitions of who you are. The primary aspect happens around every Fall Equinox, because this is the time of year when you realize that most of the year is gone, whatever you've done (or not done) and created is done or in the works, and now you need to examine things AS THEY ARE (not how you'd like or wish them to be) and decide what stays and what goes by the end of the year so you can bring in the new year CLEAN. Because Pluto is involved, much will feel as if it is out of your hands, and a lot of it is - but NEVER are your INTENTIONS out of your hands. So again, work this Virgo time in particular to be still (alone) and quiet and PROCESS your year and set your intentions ... then TRUST Great Spirit to bring it about in the most beautiful and Divine way possible.

The other one is Jupiter, which expands all that it touches. In this case, you have to be most mindful of not OVER-DOING things, especially where food/drink, sex or spending are concerned. On the deeper side of things, it is time to assess your personal TRUTH, your code of honor and the integrity which guides your decisions. Pay attention to the details, while keeping the long-term picture in mind. With Pluto purging things out of your life, Jupiter gives you a chance to dream a little about all that you would like to fill that void which Pluto leaves in its wake. So dream - ON PAPER - do Power Wishes - make lists of things to do (and things to stop doing) and set some intentions which resonate more with who you are becoming than who you have been in the past.

Of all the aspects this month (thank God) we have the MOST BLESSINGS!! One big one and a couple of smaller, more personal ones. They are primarily in Earth signs too which promises tangible results with little effort, just imagine if you are putting forth some concentrated effort, your results could be even better and more long lasting. Who you are (Sun) is being blessed with a breath of optimism that allows you to expand (Jupiter) your realm of possibilities. The TRUTH of who you are (if you've been conscientious in your efforts) is getting stronger (Capricorn) and more effective (Virgo). Sun in Virgo is getting you focused on your personal "system" where your health and routine are concerned. This energy suggests small, consistent efforts for getting big, lasting results. And Jupiter in Capricorn is helping you expand your reality and shift your contribution to society so that it reflects more of the Truth of who you are here and now today.

The Earth and Water combo is simply DELICIOUS! Mercury (ideas, writing, speaking, communicating), along with Venus (love, beauty and culture) are both in Libra (balance) and tapping in to Neptune (dreams and visions) in Pisces (spirituality and mysticism). This is opening a window of opportunity to connect to what is really important to you (Venus represents your values and priorities), help you express them (self) or communicate them (with others) in a way that promotes ONENESS & UNITY (Neptune in Pisces).

And the biggie, is happening three times this year (Jan 21st was the first one, Sept 8th and Nov 21st is the final one) when Jupiter in Capricorn connects with Saturn in Virgo. These are two powerful planets that have long cycles and affect us more as a collective. However, individual charts too can be activated by this aspect and you will feel it. If your career is shifting, like many are, now that Jupiter is going forward this month, you too will be able to move in a forward direction. If your personal Truth and belief system is shifting, like many are, now you will be able to ground that Truth (Jupiter) in a more tangible way (Saturn). And if you've heard me say how there are some areas of your life which need to expand (Jupiter) and other areas of your life which need to be consolidated (Saturn) then here is your opportunity to ride the wave of support from these two big-boys as they move through the Earth signs of Capricorn and Virgo, perfecting YOU and grounding YOU and helping you produce tangible, long-term results.

Do not waste these amazing energies! It is time to get organized and formulate a system (if you haven't already) or streamline your system (if you have one) so that it supports the new you - in this new energy - at this new time. What you get processed (Virgo) this month, both released and cleared away, as well as, filed and organized, will be directly related to the results you get, people you attract and circumstances you manifest in the coming year(s).

Jupiter and Pluto go DIRECT!! Hallelujah! Whew! Now let me remind you that the BOTH basically run the same course each year in terms of direction.

Jupiter's sign changes every year, so every year around the beginning of the year, Jupiter enters a new sign. You get a little introduction to that energy (4 months), then it reverses for about 4 months, giving you a chance to review the first 4 months of the year and determine how you really want to express this energy; and then the remaining 4 months of the year, you get to truly co-create and ground your intentions for this planet which represents, among other things, your "truth" and your "story".

However, for Pluto, this year is a WHOLE NEW BALL GAME - LITERALLY!! Pluto says, "Transformation takes as long as it takes!" so it travels through a sign for anywhere from 10 to 20 years. Every year, Pluto reverses in the Spring and goes forward in the Fall. It took 13 years to go through Sagittarius, which also happens to be the home of the Galactic Center (Source of our Galaxy), and now it is moving through Capricorn for 16 years. And it takes approximately 250-300 years to make it through all 12 signs, so we are talking 3-5 signs (maybe) in your lifetime, but NEVER will you get to experience a sign more than once. This is why it's influences can truly only be delineated by examining HISTORY and why it shifts things GLOBALLY moreso than individually. However, these once in a lifetime movements do activate parts of individual charts, transforming your personal life in miraculous ways.

So ... I tell you all that to say that September (Virgo time) - within 24 hours of each other - these two major players change direction to FORWARD MOVEMENT, which is a good thing. For individuals, anything that has been put on hold since Spring will finally begin to move forward and will feel real developments in early 2009. And with it being Virgo time, I am inclined to believe HEALING can finally truly begin as well.
