This month you have access to aligning your ideas (Mercury) and your values (Venus) where your consciousness (Uranus) and your reality (Saturn) are concerned. You are making connections in ways you may have not been open to in the recent past and they will eventually pay off. There is a lot of juice available this month as the personal planets get together to shift your individual life, which will automatically shift the collective. It is implied throughout this month that action may still be challenging, but setting your intentions is completely and beautifully supported. Your mind is opening up, but forward movement, supported by the planets, doesn't really come till February 2009 after Mercury goes Direct and comes out of Shadow. In the meantime, there is tremendous energy and optimism to tap in to giving you the objectivity to release the past and the energy to plan for the future. Focus on completing old projects and clearing the decks to make room for new opportunities which are definitely on the way. Be sure to take some time out to reflect on the last 1-4 years so you can consciously co-create the next 1-4 years. Sag energy makes everything bigger, so anything you do not want expanded needs to be released sooner than later. Though anything you do once Capricorn gets here, it will be anchored for some time to come, so again, anything you do not want to continue dealing with (anchored within you or around you) then it is time to release now and move on. Keep in mind any people or circumstance which leave your life at this time are all Divine Order, and if they are meant to be part of your future then all they need is to be released from current expression and realign their energy before they can be fully integrated and useful (in the future). Lastly, I just want to remind you that the Saturn/Uranus energy is ONGOING for the next two years so there will be periods of intensity, alternating with periods of liberation from previous confines. This is an energy you want to be constantly mindful of as it works in the background of everything else. If you are having a hard time breaking out of old patterns, or releasing limiting situations, I highly recommend you JUST LET GO! There are times in our lives when we are in relationships or in jobs that are clearly disintegrating, and we want to "do the right thing" and "be the nice person" and "help" by staying on (essentially a sinking ship) and I hate to sound harsh, but the truth is you will feel more empowered if you cut your losses now. Your (inner) Being will feel so validated if you take some time to objectively assess where you are, OWN how you got there, and consciously CHOOSE to change. The bottom line is: NO REGRETS. If you can fast forward and look back on "now" ... will you REGRET how long you stayed? Saturn rules your definition of reality and the structure of your life and that is changing because Uranus brings the AWAKENING to the aspects of your structure which are now limiting, confining and restricting your inevitable growth and development. It can be hard and painful, or it can be liberating ... it is your choice. This is a two year period (2009 and 2010) preparing you for the following two year period of 2011 and 2012, and the pace is only going to accelerate from there. Are you truly ready?

POWER This month, "personal growth" is currently on the table. Venus, which rules our values and interconnectedness, is very busy tapping the big boys Jupiter (Truth), Saturn (Purpose) & Uranus (Freedom) in various delicious ways. In this instance, she's closest to Jupiter, expanding your awareness of EVERYTHING and connecting you to your *NEW* Truth, new relationships, new sources of income, new values and belief systems which are more in alignment with who and where you are here and now today. This is a powerful energy for grounding some very big personal and professional dreams. Both Venus and Jupiter are in Capricorn, the lesson of being responsible for your actions, your feelings and your creations in the world, so where your Truth, values, love and money are concerned, you should be feeling more serious about owning how you got to where you are now and exactly what needs to be done (by YOU) to get where you want to be. You have better access to the big (long term) picture and now is when you will set the tone for some years to come, so definitely tune in to this yummy energy that so beautifully supports you and your dreams in ways that can and will tangibly manifest very soon, if they haven't already. For those of you well anchored in your personal and professional lives, this energy beautifully supports magical growth and expansion and again, this month and next are both excellent for planting the seeds of your intent. In addition to Venus & Jupiter in Capricorn, later in the month when Pluto will permanently move in to Capricorn, Mercury will tag the Lord of Transformation, purifying your thoughts and ideas, stripping them down to what is relevant to your life, useful to the community and most transformative for all involved. But for now the strongest group of energy is the Sun (your essential self), Mercury (your thoughts/ideas), and Mars (your desire nature), all together collaborating in fiery, optimistic Sagittarius. This is EXPANDING who you are and what you truly want, giving you ideas on how to connect to your dreams in this new landscape, and integrating your Truth on all new levels, within and without. This is the only month of 2008 that the planets are all FORWARD (Nov 28-Dec 30) when you can set intentions and plant the seeds of the future, with all the support of the planets behind you, or at least with little interference. Sagittarius rules your Truth and Capricorn rules your Purpose (these two energies both share the month of December) and you have been recoded on such a deep level, that your Truth & Purpose have probably dramatically shifted. Don't fear the 'new-ness' of your being, your ideas or your desires, EMBRACE the new you in a typical Sag bear-hug and shout for joy that you have ARRIVED (to the next level) and fully EXPECT to enjoy this new leg of the journey.
BALANCE & COMPROMISE *This aspect is ONGOING for the next 2yrs. This is the BIGGIE ... of the month, of the year, of four DECADES! Saturn in Virgo Oppose Uranus in Pisces, which is going to have FIVE exact hits (3 is 'normal') over the next 2 years, anchoring then next 40+ years. These are two energies that get together like this every (approx) 42 years (half of the Uranus 84yr cycle) and they shake up our fundamental foundations and structures to bring in new life, new energy, new ideas and new directions. Needless to say this energy strongly affects the collective, the global community which is developing as we speak. But it also affects individuals strongly catalyzing major, life-changing shifts. This is a time of ‘radically shifting’ (Uranus) your fundamental foundations (Saturn) in a push-pull dance (think: Tango). Watch extremes in either direction, too rigid/withholding or too radical/too outgoing. The point of this energy, individually and collectively, is to break you out of any stagnation that is suffocating your growth and expansion on any level, mundane (job, marriage, long-term patterns or habits) and/or higher levels (consciousness). You will likely have an ‘aha’ moment (or several) during the next two years as this aspect is activating all of us five times, over the course of 2008-2010. Access Uranus, open your mind and spirit up to your infinite ability to expand your awareness enough to connect with and magnetize to you that stroke of brilliance, that genius idea that is all your own and which would serve humanity in some way. This is a long term cycle that takes time to truly integrate. What happens initially, is you will be blocked on some level, leading you to question your entire life, and eventually work your way around to CREATIVE SOLUTIONS to very old challenges. Don’t waste this opportunity to allow change to happen within and around you ... it is time. Honor it, go with the evolutionary flow, and consciously co-create. If you KNOW certain patterns are holding you back, then consciously commit to releasing them. If you are not happy in the work you are doing, if it is just for a paycheck and not heart-centered work, then consciously commit to figuring out what you REALLY want to contribute to society, how you - just being YOU - could best serve humanity, your community but most of all your own being. You owe your Self not to blow this chance for an inner revolution - use the energy available and release what you can, adjust what you can, integrate what you can and BE - WHAT YOU CAN (BE)! Your true potential awaits your (re) commitment.

OPTIONS & ADVANTAGES This is a powerfully supported opportunity to break old patterns where love and money are concerned. This is not the "challenge to grow" energy - this is planetary support for effortless moving to the next level where these issues are concerned in your life. This energy indicates that you are READY to change, and will make the shift smoothly and easily. However, this energy has to be consciously directed to be effective and useful. You have been pushed and pulled in to the position you're in now, and the Capricorn energy is getting you present to your responsibility to Self as ESSENTIAL - not selfish. You have been through the entire year of 2008, transforming major elements of your being and your life (consciously or not), and you have now matured to a level where you should be comfortable owning your choices, past and future. What may take some getting used to is only how radically different your life looks and feels today than one year - two years - five years - ten years ago. It's all Divine Time & Order. All that you've been through, all that you've learned has prepared you for just this moment. Call on Venus, Goddess of Love, to infuse you with Her Light & Love, in grounded, long-lasting, resourceful and stable Capricorn. YUMMMM ... Now that you're fully infused, open your Self to the opportunity for Uranus (The Liberator) in Pisces (Oneness Consciousness) to show you a completely new and different way to live, love and contribute your Gift to the world. The other beautiful opportunity this month, is the Sun (your essential self), Mercury (your thoughts/ideas), and Mars (your desire nature) are all together tagging Neptune, which rules the dream and vision for your life, in Aquarius, how that dream and vision can serve the community. Again, this is an opportunity that needs to be consciously directed to get all the good out of it. It involves three personal planets, in Sag, continuing to rework your Truth at this new level. I have been reminding people to really check in to see if the dreams/visions (Neptune) you are pursuing, and possibly have been pursuing for some years now, are STILL really what you want. Because humans are creatures of habit, you may be chasing an old dream that has not evolved as much or as fast as YOU have. Make sure that you are not still working on or moving toward goals, personal or professional, that you have outgrown and are no longer interested in manifesting. That is 'leaking energy' and not feeding you and then you wonder why you aren't succeeding or feeling fulfilled. Uranus is busy on many levels, assisting us all with breaking out of confines that served us well years ago but for which we have now evolved and outgrown to the point of discomfort (or outright pain). Use this beautiful opportunity to step back, expand the vision of your life, get a broader perspective and see how your dream has changed over time (as have you) and how it could be tweaked ever-so slightly to better serve you, as well as the community.

OPPORTUNITY TO GROW Everyone's biggest opportunity to grow is coming over a two year period (2008-2010) with the integration of powerful Saturn in Virgo and Uranus in Pisces. Over this time, the personal planets (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus & Mars) are going to tag-team these two in a variety of ways, essentially integrating your individual nature with the shifts in the collective. The challenging part of this energy is that many times, as they tag one (Saturn), they are simultaneously tagging the other (Uranus) so it may get intense periodically. I consider these "activations" because they are awakening different parts of you at different times, moving energy and reorganizing you from the inside out. This month's 'activation' is based on integrating the lesson of Sagittarius with these two major players. It is not easy to balance fiery, expansive Sag with soft, sensitive Pisces or stable, organized Virgo, but it can be done if we tune in to the more fine-tuned aspects of the lessons and energy they bring. Sagittarius is the lesson of how we as humans essentially want the same things, love, sustenance and resources to live our lives. Virgo and Pisces are all about HEALING that thread that links us all as ONE. We have strayed from living in harmony with each other and Mother Earth, and we've arrived at a critical mass (on a global scale) that suggests we heal and unite or die trying. So will it be easy? NO! Will it be worth the effort? ABSOLUTELY ~ YESSSS!! Essentially, this energy is going to get you out of your comfort zone to a certain extent, because some very personal aspects of your being are in need of realignment ... the Sun (your essential self), Mercury (your thoughts/ideas), Venus (your values & resources) and Mars (your desire nature). Just pace your Self, with the understanding that, like any major 'health issue', your goal should be no more band-aids on a broken arm, it is time to take it seriously, and prepare to do whatever it takes to get yourself healthy again (energetically or otherwise). And in this case, we are talking a two year period of commitment to changing on a physical level (Saturn) and a consciousness level (Uranus). Your Truth has already shifted, now your mind, body and spirit need to adjust as well.

BLESSINGS Now for the blessing of the month ... ahhhhhhhh ... stability (Capricorn) and order (Virgo) where your resources (Venus) and the structure of your life (Saturn) are concerned. Wouldn't that be lovely? TUNE IN!! This stabilizing energy is available for ALL!! This energy is going to make you much more drawn to substance than appearance. It won't be enough to "look right" - you are now ready to "BE right" ... on multiple levels. This blessed energy also has to be consciously directed to manifest tangible results, but you are beautifully supported for healing and stabilizing your life where love and/or money are concerned. This also speaks to the Sag energy suggesting you should THINK BIGGER. However, when Capricorn and Virgo are involved, thinking bigger means, less selfish, more 'for the good of the group' ... you are willing to put in the consistent effort, the hard work, dedication, attention to details and personal responsibility so that the "whole" is stronger for all involved. This energy is also great for creating stable, long-term collaborations and partnerships so start expanding in that regard, seeing how your gifts can complement others' and vice versa. When uniting in spirit, and combining resources, BIGGER things are possible for all! *NOTE: On 'collaborations & partnerships' - I remind you here of Saturn in Virgo, which I have mentioned over the last year or so how this energy is healing and purifying you as an individual, preparing you for future collaborations. You should be focused on organizing your life, healing past wounds, strengthening and fortifying your being and the structure of your life ... THEN in July 2010, when Saturn moves in to Libra, you should have some seedlings to nurture by then that will grow in to long-term, supportive, strong, mutually beneficial relationships. Both personal and professional partnerships will be influenced (for better or worse) by Saturn's 2.5 year journey through Libra.
~TOP~ We have Pluto moving in to Capricorn for 16 years, after 13 years of moving through Sag's domain. And like the switch we make annually as individuals (in December from Sag to Capricorn) from focusing on truth, faith and systems of belief to creating a tangible reality that reflects that truth, now collectively we are moving in to Capricorn to heal and concretize a global 'new truth and purpose'. Pluto is known as the "Purifier", "Lord of Transformation" and rules the Underworld, death, rebirth and ultimate transformation. When it is in a sign, it is essentially in that sign's Underworld, digging up all that has been suppressed, repressed, ignored or pushed 'down there' - all of the Shadow content of that particular sign's nature.
